You need to pay the full transaction amount. Your transaction amount will be converted into EMI by your bank in 3 weeks. Please note that pending transaction amount will be blocked from your credit card balance.

I bought on monthly plan but my bank billed me full transaction amount and not the EMI amount?

The monthly plan available only on INDUSIND, CITI, ICICI, HDFC, KOTAK, SCB, HSBC,SBI, AXIS credit cards. If you have used one of these cards for buying offer on monthly plan, your bank will convert your transaction amount into EMI over next 3 weeks. Please note conversion of your transaction amount into EMI solely depends on your bank criteria and decision. My due date is nearing and my amount has not been converted into EMI?

On or before the actual due date, please check with your bank customer care about the conversion status. If it has not been converted into EMI yet, please make the full payment to your bank immediately.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you receive a faulty product, we request you to write us at response@newtel in immediately and also visit nearest authorized service center mentioned in returns policy page and get it certified as faulty within 7 days of receipt of your order and inform us. Your device will be serviced as per manufacturers policy.

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at response@newtel.in within 1 day of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.
